Property Access

  • From your private, heated garage, you go up one flight of indoor stairs to enter the unit. Once inside, the entire condo is on one level, and there is a ground level patio out back.
  • The clubhouse is next door to the condo. Access to the pool, hot tub, and grill is available via the clubhouse.
  • There is a year-round front desk in the clubhouse.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 30 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets and service animals are not permitted at this property.
  • Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires confirmation of group size and disclosure of any changes, which may result in a change to the total cost or the requirement for a security deposit.

Fees and Payments

  • Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.

  • The standard cleaning fee quoted for booking is for final cleaning after the rental period ends.
  • For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.

  • Free WiFi is available in-unit.
  • Air conditioning is available in the clubhouse only. The condo itself does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided.
  • Some amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods. Amenities may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance. None are guaranteed to be available at all times. Contact us with questions about specific amenities for your dates.
  • During ski season, a free private shuttle service is available.

  • Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits and are present to ensure the property remains secure.
