Property Access
- From your private, heated garage, you go up one flight of indoor stairs to enter the unit. Once inside, the entire condo is on one level, and there is a ground level patio out back.
- The clubhouse is next door to the condo. Access to the pool, hot tub, and grill is available via the clubhouse.
- There is a year-round front desk in the clubhouse.

- Pets and service animals are not permitted at this property.
- Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires confirmation of group size and disclosure of any changes, which may result in a change to the total cost or the requirement for a security deposit.

Fees and Payments
- Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.

- For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.

- The pool and hot tubs are typically closed for cleaning and maintenance from mid-April until late May, and from late September or October until late November. Contact us if you are visiting during these times and require amenity access.
- The clubhouse next to the pool is open year-round.
- Free WiFi is available in-unit.
- Air conditioning is available in the clubhouse only. The condo itself does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided.

- During ski season, a free private shuttle service is available.
